The role of the Fulfillment Lead, also known as an Inventory Control Specialist, involves handling various tasks such as receiving, counting, and unloading product deliveries. This includes keeping a close eye on inventory levels within the facility, managing the movement of inventory and other materials to fulfill consumer orders, and supporting the Store Management Team in conducting audits. We are seeking a diligent team member with keen attention to detail, capable of multitasking in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Fulfillment Lead will collaborate with their team, reporting to the Inventory Manager, to cultivate a positive, customer-service-oriented, and well-organized work environment.

The role of the Dispensary Shift Lead, also known as a Sales Lead, involves acting as a bridge between budtenders and the support functions of the Store Management Team. Serving as the initial point of contact for minor customer complaints, offering guidance to budtenders, and promoting best practices among employees are the primary responsibilities of the Dispensary Shift Lead. Setting performance standards and keeping associates motivated are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, the position is accountable for upholding top-notch customer service and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies established by the Store Management Team.

Holistic Re-Leaf is currently seeking a Dispatch Operator for our Holistic Re-Leaf Delivery Business. The role encompasses key responsibilities, including coordinating deliveries, managing routes, and ensuring the timely achievement of service and delivery goals with a strong focus on exceptional customer service. Serving as the primary point of contact for delivery drivers, this position will provide crucial support to the Fleet Manager in the smooth operation of the delivery business. We are seeking an ideal candidate who is detail-oriented, excels under pressure when handling situations with evolving factors, and possesses excellent communication skills. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the Dispatch Operator collaborates closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), General Manager (GM) of the Dispensary, and other team members to optimize driver utilization, enhance driver satisfaction, and elevate customer satisfaction levels.

The delivery driver holds the responsibility of ensuring the prompt and accurate delivery of Holistic Re-Leaf’s products within a ten-mile radius of the retail store. In this crucial role, you will serve as the face of Holistic Re-Leaf, embodying the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a dedicated focus on customer service. Positioned at the forefront of Holistic Re-Leaf’s customer interactions, the driver is also expected to act as the company’s on-the-ground representative, keenly observing consumer preferences, technology, scheduling, and the delivery environment.
